Locum Pediatrics – Outpatient | Hesperia, CA
A clinic in Hesperia, California is seeking a Pediatrician for a full-time locum tenens assignment at St. Mary’s High Desert – Pediatrics. This is a busy outpatient clinic serving a high-demand community with a significant need for pediatric care. Providers who are interested in a locums-to-permanent opportunity will also be considered if the assignment proves to be a mutual fit.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Setting: Outpatient Pediatrics Clinic

Patient Volume: Approximately 25 patients per day

Call: None

Guaranteed Hours: 8 per day

Overtime: Applies after 9 hours per day

Start Date: As soon as access is established (hospital privileges not required)
The clinic experiences a high no-show rate, so schedules are designed to account for potential appointment gaps.
Requirements

Active California medical license

Active California DEA

Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency)
