Pediatric Hospitalist Opening – Duluth, Minnesota
Location: Duluth, MN
Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Setting: Inpatient
Seeking a Pediatric Hospitalist to join an established and growing Pediatric Hospitalist program in Duluth, Minnesota. This position offers comprehensive inpatient pediatric coverage within a single hospital setting and a collaborative maternal-child health environment.
Position Highlights:
Five-physician inpatient pediatric team
24/7 in-house Pediatric Hospitalist coverage
Fair and equitable distribution of nights, weekends, and holidays
No home call
Coverage includes:
- Dedicated 8-bed inpatient pediatric ward
- Emergency Department consultations
- Well newborn nursery care
- Level II nursery care (32 weeks and above)
- Newborn delivery attendance as needed
All services provided within a single hospital campus
Dedicated maternal-child health nursing staff cross-trained in newborn, pediatric, and maternal care
Newly remodeled birthing center
Brand new Emergency Department
Ongoing renovation of Level II nursery with private family rooms and updated state-of-the-art equipment
Qualifications:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
Eligible for Minnesota medical licensure
