Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Pediatrician (MD) to join a patient-centered healthcare team. This full-time, on-site role focuses on delivering high-quality pediatric care in a collaborative clinical environment dedicated to comprehensive, family-focused medicine.

The Pediatric Medical Doctor will be responsible for providing preventive, acute, and chronic care to pediatric patients while building trusted relationships with children and their families. This role emphasizes clinical excellence, clear communication, and a warm, patient-first approach to care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough pediatric patient assessments and physical examinations

  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions

  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans

  • Provide age-appropriate preventive care, screenings, and immunizations

  • Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and wellness strategies

  • Maintain complete, accurate, and timely documentation in electronic health record (EHR) systems

  • Coordinate and collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare providers

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical best-practice development

  • Deliver care with professionalism, empathy, and a strong commitment to patient experience

Qualifications

  • Licensed Medical Doctor (MD) with board certification in Pediatric Medicine

  • Active, unrestricted medical license

  • Proven experience providing pediatric clinical care

  • Strong diagnostic, clinical decision-making, and treatment planning skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

  • Compassionate, patient-focused approach with the ability to build rapport with children and families

  • Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems

  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team

  • Commitment to continuing medical education and staying current with medical advancements
