Compensation & Benefits

Salary starting at $185,000 for new graduates

Up to $210,000 for experienced candidates

Job Responsibilities
Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions in a community-based clinical setting.
Perform well-child visits, preventive care, immunizations, and developmental screenings.
Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment plans
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure high-quality, coordinated patient care
Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards
Support the mission of a Federally Qualified Health Center by delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
Qualifications
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pediatrics
Eligible for Florida medical licensure
New graduates and experienced Pediatricians encouraged to appl
