Location: Wilmington, NC

Seeking a Pediatric Surgeon to join an established pediatric surgery program in Wilmington, North Carolina. This part-time opportunity provides care to both inpatient and outpatient pediatric patients within a single facility, supported by a broad pediatric subspecialty team and strong regional referral base.
Position Highlights
Part-time pediatric surgery position
Inpatient and outpatient care provided within one building
No primary trauma responsibilities
ECMO not performed at the facility
Strong referral base drawing from surrounding counties
Support from pediatric hospitalists, intensivists, anesthesiologists, radiologists, neonatologists, and pediatric subspecialists
Educational opportunities through a general surgery residency and partnership with an academic medical center
System-wide EPIC electronic medical record
Emphasis on work-life balance
Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatric Surgery
Eligible for North Carolina medical licensure
