New graduates and experienced physicians welcome
Overview:
* Join an established and growing Pediatric Gastroenterology practice with 3 physicians and 1 APRN
* Monday–Friday clinic hours, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
* Typically 4 clinic days and ½–1 endoscopy day per week
* Average 15–18 patients per day in clinic
* Inpatient census averages approximately 5–10 patients
* 1:4 call, Monday–Monday, with reduced clinic schedule during call weeks
* Dedicated Pediatric Endoscopy Suite with specialized pediatric pre-op and recovery nursing
* In-clinic anorectal manometry testing and biofeedback therapy
* Robust support includes 2 RNs, 5 clinical assistants, 2 registered dietitians, administrative staff, and patient service representatives
* Strong internal referral network with 102 pediatricians and 65 pediatric specialists
* Optional teaching with pediatric residents from affiliated medical programs
* Large regional draw with a pediatric catchment population of approximately 600,000, extending into northwest Arkansas and southeast Kansas

* Pediatric resources include a 20-bed PICU and 58-bed Level IV NICU
* PICU capabilities include ECMO, CVVH, and dedicated advanced imaging
* Dedicated pediatric infusion/day hospital with 11 rooms and 2 procedure rooms, including IBD biologic infusion services
* Pediatric Endoscopy Suite includes a dedicated procedure room, pediatric nursing teams, and extensive Olympus endoscopy equipment
* Part of a large employed physician network with 450+ physicians across 100+ locations
* Regional health system serves a total catchment population of approximately 1.9–2 million
