Pediatrician – Outpatient Only | Orlando, Florida

A thriving, long-standing outpatient pediatric practice in Orlando, Florida is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pediatrician to join its team as the current lead physician transitions into retirement. This is a rare opportunity to walk into an established, loyal patient base and enjoy true work–life balance in one of the most desirable regions in the country.
Position Highlights
• Outpatient only – zero hospital responsibilities
• No call – all after-hours calls handled by a triage service
• Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
• No nights, weekends, or extended hours
• Standard patient volume: ~24 patients per day
• Work alongside a highly experienced, autonomous Nurse Practitioner and strong clinical support team

Practice Philosophy

• Experience preferred, but well-trained recent graduates will be considered
