Pediatrician – Outpatient Practice (Multiple Locations)

Position Overview

A healthcare organization is seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Pediatrician to join an established outpatient practice serving multiple community locations. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive pediatric care within a collaborative, team-based environment focused on high-quality patient outcomes.

Position Details

• Full-time, hospital-employed position
• Scheduled hours vary by provider
• Outpatient clinical setting

Team Structure

• Location A: Pediatricians, Family Medicine Physicians, and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
• Location B: Family Medicine Physician and APP support
• Integrated care model with physician and APP collaboration

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive, acute, and chronic pediatric care
• Conduct patient evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

Education & Experience

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pediatrics (required)
• Open to newly trained and experienced physicians

Licensure & Certifications

• Active or eligible state medical license
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
