Outpatient Only | No Call or Weekends | FQHC Setting

Join a mission-driven, multi-site FQHC located on the east side of Sacramento. This is a permanent, outpatient-only Pediatrician position offering exceptional work-life balance and the opportunity to make a meaningful community impact.

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

• Call: None

• Weekends: None

• Patient Volume: ~22 patients/day (20-minute slots, 3 patients/hour model)

  • Includes 2 telehealth slots/day

  • 40 minutes of admin time

  • Providers realistically average 2.2 patients/hour with no-show adjustments

• Care Team: Work closely with physicians, NPs, PAs, behavioral health, and dental teams

• Workflow:

  • Inbasket experience required

  • No double-booking

• Setting: Outpatient only, FQHC

• EMR: Epic

• Competitive base salary: $240,000+
