Pediatrician (MD/DO) – Outpatient Primary Care | California
Overview
Full-time or part-time Pediatrician opportunity in an outpatient primary care clinic. Monday through Friday schedule with no nights or weekends. Sign-on bonus available.
What You’ll Do
• Provide comprehensive pediatric care, including exams, diagnosis and treatment
• Create and manage treatment plans and prescribe medications
• Order and interpret labs and diagnostics
• Adjust care based on patient progress
• Document all patient encounters accurately
• Work closely with NPs/PAs, nursing, behavioral health and primary care teams
• Optional supervision of NPs/PAs
• Participate in utilization review and remain available for urgent consults
• Maintain CME and ongoing medical knowledge
Qualifications
• Active California MD/DO license and DEA
• Current BLS and/or ACLS
• 3–5 years of experience preferred
• Strong communication, critical thinking and patient-care skills
• Ability to work well with diverse patient populations and a steady patient flow
