Opportunity:
Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
Job Details:
• Full-time position (1.0 FTE) with 36 patient contact hours and 4 hours of professional time weekly • Provide comprehensive pediatric care for patients from newborn through teens (ages 0-18) in an outpatient setting • Work independently and collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals • Emphasize health promotion and disease prevention for pediatric patients • Utilize advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills • Must be pediatric trained and certified through PNCB or ANCC (PPCNP-BC) or within first year of employment • Experience working as a Pediatric NP is preferred • Master's or Doctorate degree in Nurse Practitioner program from an accredited program/institution • Current licensure/ability to secure as a registered nurse in ND • Current licensure/ability to secure as a Nurse Practitioner in ND • Current certification in CPR and PALS (can be arranged after employment begins) • Successfully complete credentialing process prior to practice • May be eligible for additional compensation through bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation • Employee benefits include medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance • 401(k) plan with employer contributions • Professional development support through training, tuition reimbursement, and educational programs • Flexible scheduling and generous time off
