Pediatric Otolaryngologist Opportunity
*Location: Rochester, MN | Full-Time, permanent position*
Position Highlights
* Join a fellowship-trained team of Pediatric Otolaryngologists within the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at the ACS Level 1 Accredited Center
* Engage in world-class, patient-centered tertiary care in a high-volume, multidisciplinary environment
* Opportunities to lead and expand clinical care in sub-specialties including:
* Aerodigestive and airway reconstruction
* Pediatric nasal and skull base tumors
* Cleft lip/palate and velopharyngeal insufficiency (VPI)
* Participate in robust global surgery initiatives, clinical research, and innovation programs
* Mentor and teach residents in a one-on-one apprenticeship model
Practice & Department Highlights
* Active participation in multidisciplinary clinics: aerodigestive/complex airway, pediatric head and neck tumor, craniofacial cleft lip/palate, and vascular anomalies
* Dedicated pediatric surgical suite: 13 ORs, 2 procedure rooms, staffed by specialized pediatric anesthesiologists and nursing teams
* Supportive infrastructure for research, innovation, and clinical leadership development
Qualifications
* MD or MD/PhD from an accredited institution
* Board certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery
* Fellowship training in an accredited pediatric otolaryngology program
* Eligibility for medical licensure in Minnesota
* Strong interest in clinical care, academic teaching, research, and leadership in pediatric otolaryngology
