Job description Pediatric Pulmonologist – Academic Opportunity * Located in Rochester, Minnesota | Full-Time | Academic Medical Center Setting* Highlights & Benefits * Academic position within a collaborative Division of Pediatric Pulmonary Medicine * Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care for infants, children, and adolescents with a wide range of respiratory conditions * Opportunities for clinical education, research, quality improvement, and leadership development * Participate in multidisciplinary programs for cystic fibrosis, difficult-to-control asthma, neuromuscular disorders, primary ciliary dyskinesia, and aerodigestive conditions * Access to state-of-the-art diagnostic and procedural resources including pulmonary function testing, cardiopulmonary exercise testing, sweat chloride testing, and bronchoscopy * Supportive academic environment with a strong emphasis on innovation, collaboration, and excellence in patient-centered care * Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package Academic Opportunities * Contribute to resident and fellow education through an ACGME-accredited pediatric residency program * Engage in research and scholarly activity supported by robust institutional resources * Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of pediatric subspecialists and scientists to advance care for children with complex conditions Job Description * Diagnose and manage a broad range of pediatric respiratory disorders including asthma, bronchopulmonary dysplasia, bronchiectasis, congenital and chronic lung diseases, pulmonary hypertension, and ventilator dependence * Perform and interpret diagnostic procedures, including bronchoscopy * Participate in both inpatient and outpatient clinical care * Contribute to the development of remote care and telehealth initiatives aimed at improving access and continuity of care * Collaborate in multidisciplinary case management for complex pediatric patients Qualifications * Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatric Pulmonology * Eligible for medical licensure in Minnesota * Interest or experience in aerodigestive disorders encouraged * Commitment to academic medicine, collaborative care, and continuous learning Community * Located in Rochester, Minnesota – a vibrant, family-friendly city 75 minutes south of the Twin Cities * Recognized nationally for quality of life, affordability, and excellent schools * Offers cultural amenities, outdoor recreation, and a strong sense of community
