Pediatrician Opportunity – South Florida
Step into a Thriving, Established Outpatient Practice – Full Patient Panel Available
A respected and well-established outpatient pediatric practice in South Florida is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pediatrician to join the team as the lead physician transitions into retirement. This is a unique opportunity to step into a full patient panel and practice in a supportive, mission-driven environment.
Position Highlights:

Location: South Florida – a vibrant, diverse region with beautiful weather, coastal living, and access to world-class amenities.

Outpatient Only: No hospital rounds or call – all after-hours calls are managed by a dedicated triage team.

Patient Volume: See approximately 24 patients per day.

Team Structure: Collaborate with one experienced, autonomous Nurse Practitioner and a skilled support staff.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. No weekends or evening shifts.

Practice Philosophy:
This is a value-based care practice committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality pediatric care. An internal Quality Assurance (QA) team ensures strong continuity of care, including communication and coordination if a patient is hospitalized.
Ideal Candidate:
Experienced Pediatricians are preferred, but recent graduates with strong training are encouraged to apply. Candidates should be mission-driven and passionate about providing excellent care to families in the community.
