A well-established pediatric practice in northwest Ohio is seeking a full-time Pediatrician to join its team. This role offers the opportunity to practice full-spectrum outpatient pediatrics while also participating in newborn nursery coverage in a supportive community hospital setting.
Position Highlights
- Outpatient care from newborn through young adult
- Schedule: 36 patient care hours + 4 administrative hours weekly
- Shared nursery rotation (~7 shifts/month with stipend)
- Morning newborn rounding and attendance at select deliveries only (high-risk cases are transferred to tertiary centers)
- Clinic and nursery are conveniently located on the same hospital campus
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed base salary: $225,540 (first 12 months)
- Productivity bonus: $40/wRVU above 5,000 annually
- Nursery coverage stipend: $350 per 24-hour shift
- 33 days of PTO (vacation, CME, holidays)
- CME allowance
- Full benefits package, including malpractice and retirement
- Visa sponsorship available (J-1 eligible)
