This well-established and highly respected healthcare facility is experiencing growth and serves a significant regional population. With 27 clinics and 5 hospitals in the regional service area, the facility offers comprehensive care to patients throughout the region. The pediatric practice is located on the South University Campus in Fargo.
Opportunity: Physician - Pediatrics
Join an exceptional pediatric team currently consisting of 5 Pediatricians and 3-4 Pediatric Nurse Practitioners. Work with collegial providers who function as a team and are highly committed to the care of the region's children.
Job Details:
- Full-time position (1.0 FTE)
- Monday-Friday schedule between 8am-5pm
- Average 36 contact hours in clinic setting
- Anticipated patient volume: 16-23 patients per day
- No hospital call expectations
- Provide full range of pediatric medicine in an enjoyable, fulfilling environment
- Care for patients from newborns through teens in an outpatient setting
- Work with a Level III NICU
- Requirements: Pediatric residency, board eligible/certified
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Base compensation of $265,000 with eligibility for additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
