Pediatric Anesthesiologist Opening in Florida
Location:
West Palm Beach, FL
Full-Time, Permanent Position
Position Overview:
Seeking fellowship-trained or pediatric-capable anesthesiologists comfortable with neonates to join an established care team at a major regional facility. This opportunity offers a rich mix of pediatric and general anesthesia cases in a dynamic clinical environment.
Practice Highlights:
Level I trauma center with Level III NICU and 24-hour children s hospital
Pediatric ICU and significant pediatric surgical volume, including neonates
Case mix includes pediatrics, general, ortho, OB, trauma, ENT, podiatry, urology, and plastics
Day shift position with backup pager call from home (7p-7a)
Weekend call rotation: 7a-7p shifts with post-call day off
Even call distribution among 7 anesthesiologists
Qualifications:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
Pediatric fellowship or pediatric-capable with neonatal experience
Eligible for Florida medical licensure
Strong commitment to pediatric and neonatal care
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive base salary ($545,000 - $586,667 annually)
$125,000 sign-on bonus for a 3-year commitment
8 weeks PTO, plus additional week after 2 years
