This state-of-the-art facility features a brand new hospital building that recently opened, combining two local hospitals within the Mohawk Valley Health System. The facility is growing its residency programs and offers comprehensive pediatric services supported by pediatric-trained therapists, pediatric-certified echocardiographers, and lactation consultants. The hospital provides a collaborative environment with neonatology consultations available in-house.

Job Details:
- Coverage of 7-bed inpatient pediatric unit
- Emergency department consultations
- Shared coverage of newborn nursery with neonatology service
- Education of medical students and family medicine residents
- No delivery attendance or NICU coverage required
- Week on/week off schedule offering excellent work-life balance
- Support from pediatric-trained speech, occupational, and physical therapies
- Access to pediatric-certified echocardiographers and lactation consultants
- Neonatology consultations available in-house
- Other pediatric sub-specialties available from tertiary center in nearby city
