Opportunity: Board Certification Eligible - Pediatrics

This is a locum tenens position requiring coverage from July 3rd at 0700 through July 7th at 0700. The position offers the chance to work in a supportive environment with a focus on pediatric care.

Job Details:

• Minimum requirement: Board Certification Eligible with preference for Fellowship (2 years)
• 30-60 days estimated credentialing timeframe
• Preferred skills include management of both acute and chronic ventilation for newborns and pediatric patients
• Experience with non-invasive ventilation management (neo-puff) is preferred
• Intubation skills for newborns and pediatric patients are desired
• Procedural skills preferred: conscious and deep sedation, central line placement, arterial lines, UVC, UAC, lumbar puncture, paracentesis, thoracentesis
• Additional preferred skills include chest tube insertion, needle pneumothorax decompression, X-ray and EKG interpretation
• Experience with PA catheter, exchange transfusion, suturing minor lacerations, circumcision, and swallow studies is beneficial
