- Hospital employed practice seeks a BC/BE Pediatrician to join their team
- Salary: $305,000+ includes quality incentives up to $30k annually, RVU bonus based on annual threshold
- Join four Physicians and two allied health professionals in practice
- Four 10-hour days per week
- 1:3 call (currently shared with 4 physicians)
- See an average 15-20 patients per day
- Scribe provided for providers that average 15+ patients per day
- Population: 35,000
- Rural area offering a healthy work/life balance
