We’re hiring a Pediatrician in Cuba, New York who wants strong earning potential, meaningful community impact, and the opportunity to serve a rural patient population with full-spectrum outpatient care.

You’ll step into an outpatient clinical role providing preventive, acute, and chronic pediatric care for patients from infancy through adolescence. You’ll work with dedicated 1:1 staffing support in a mission-driven environment focused on access, quality, and continuity of care.

You’ll practice in Cuba, New York, a scenic rural community in western New York offering a slower pace of life, strong community ties, and access to outdoor recreation.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary of $280,000 for five-day schedule or $250,000 for four-day schedule
