Medicus has partnered with an established hospital in southwestern North Dakota with an opportunity for a Pediatrician to provide locum coverage.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: 24-hour call shifts, 7 days per month
- Level II nursery
- Duties: Attend vaginal deliveries upon request, attend all scheduled and emergent c-sections, admit/discharge newborns, admit/care for pediatric patients, perform circumcisions
- Required Procedures: Circumcisions, newborn resuscitation/intubation/UVC, lumbar punctures
- Support Staff: Nurses, anesthesia, OB/GYNs, respiratory therapists, local pediatricians
- EMR: Meditech
- Must be board-certified or board-eligible
- Paid travel & expenses
