Monday, Tuesday and Friday: 7:30am - 3:30pm.
On Call Every 4th Night and every 4th weekend.
Board Certified or Board Eligible
Will look at providers with IMLC.
Volume of patients per day: 18
Housing Per Agreement: Comfort Inn or Air BNB
EMR: Meditech
Percentage of New v. Established Patients: 90% Established, 10% new
