Pediatrician Opening - Brawley, California Located 2 hours east of San Diego; 95 miles south of Palm Springs *Salary Range: $300K-$340K, plus productivity incentives* Position Details:

  • Full-time, permanent position
  • H1 Visa Eligible
  • Work schedule: Monday through Friday; 8 hr shifts
  • No call
  • Outpatient only
  • Average patients per day: 21 is the goal - this can vary
  • Number of other providers in the practice: 9 Mds 13 NP/PA
Compensation and Benefits: Salary Range: $300K to $340K Sign On Bonus: Up to $30K Relocation Assistance: up to $15K Housing Stipend: $2K up to 1yr Productivity Incentive: Physician will be evaluated on a Quarterly basis. Payout of earned incentive will be paid out approximately 6 weeks after the end of each Quarter. Great benefits: Medical is covered for Provider 100%. Dental & Vision. If the hired Provider chooses chooses to see the health system's physicians, it is free for them and their family. 403B retirement Candidates must have CA license in-hand NHSC loan student loan repayment is available Immediate vacancies are available, however start date can be flexible.
