Job description
Location: Northern Oregon (Inquire for specific location)
Duration: February – August (potential for extension if group does not hire a permanent provider)
Reason for coverage: Permanent recruitment
Schedule: 1-4 weeks per month
Clinic schedule: Monday – Friday, 8a-5p (may consider a part-time schedule)
Call: while on site ~Call As needed newborn rounding, low volume, no pediatric med/surg unit, only called to deliveries when OBGYN needs help, 8a-8a
Patient volume: Typical day sees 12-16 patients per day
Scope: outpatient primary care, 0-18, well and sick office visits, newborn rounding when on call
EMR: Epic
Hospital: 49 bed facility, no trauma designation
Group/support: This multidisciplinary center has a seasoned support staff of nurses, MA, Behavioral Health Team. Nurse Case Manager
Requirements (boards, license): Oregon license required at time of application and board certified or board eligible
