Seeking BC/BE Pediatric physician to join team in Lake Charles, Louisiana.
Overview:
Outpatient setting.
Employed position.
4 offices in the area, all with on-site labs run by degreed Medical Techs for testing.
2 Pharmacies and on-site x-rays available.
Team includes 13 Physicians and 3 Midlevels, each with dedicated nurses.
Behavioral Health location with 4 full-time counselors.
Contracted Lactation Consultant and Nutritionist.
Established practice of 62 years.
Financial Package:
$210,000 salary guaranteed for 3 years.
Additional compensation through collections-based bonuses.
Signing bonus of $20,000.
Relocation assistance up to $5000.
Health benefits available but not provided by the group.
15 days of PTO and 4 days for CME.
Partnership track available with 90th Percentile MGMA potential.
