Pediatrician Opportunity - Outpatient and Inpatient Care
We are seeking a dedicated Pediatrician for a bread and butter pediatric role. This position involves low-acuity inpatient care (1-3 pediatric inpatients per day) and full-scope outpatient services.
- Inpatient/Nursery Coverage: Typically scheduled in the morning, followed by clinic work.
- Clinic Support: High-functioning team, including a full-time RN, with plans to expand clinic space in the next 3-5 years.
- Call Schedule: 1:3, with minimal burden, ensuring a great work/life balance.
