Job description
Location: Northeastern, NC
Duration: As soon as possible June – Dec (potential to extend)
Reason for coverage: Immediate opening
Schedule: Monday – Friday , 8a-5p (option for 4 or 5 fay work week)
Call: Optional (1/3 if taking hospital call)
Patient volume: Outpatient 18-24/day in clinic.
Inpatient - If doing call, ~2-3 patients/day (avg 2 newborn admissions)
Scope: Provide care for sick visits, wellness exams, follow up on medication and provide med. Refills and respond to nurse/staff messages/ my chart messages. If choosing to take call, must have Neonatal resuscitation, Occasional extra -digit ligation, Circumcisions, and Ability to accept ED calls as needed.
EMR: EPIC
Hospital: 98 bed
Requirements (boards, license): Board Certified, Active NC license
