Outpatient Ped – Salem, OR
- Location: Salem, OR
- Duration: June - Ongoing
- Schedule: Flexible - 3-5 days per week
- Clinic Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am-7pm, Wed 8:30am-5:30pm, Sat 8:20am-2pm
- Scope: Pediatric Primary Care
- Volume: 15-17 PPD
- EMR: NextGen
- Require: Active Oregon License/DEA
- Facility: 60 min. from Downtown Portland/the ocean, 75 minutes from Eugene, 2 hours from Bend
- Require: BC/BE, OR License and DEA
