A New York City-based clinic is looking to add a licensed pediatrician to join their team in Long Island City, Queens.

About the Opportunity:

• Specialty: Pediatrics
• Setting: Outpatient
• Patient Population: Pediatrics
• Schedule: Monday to Friday (4 days clinical work and 1 day admin)
• Hours: Standard business (35 hour work week)
• Call Schedule: None

Responsibilities:

The Pediatrician will:

• Perform history and physical assessments as indicated by his/her specialty area
• Develop a plan of treatment/care for the patient, including education and follow-up visits
• Make referrals, as indicated by the needs of the patient
• Maintain current and complete documentation in the medical record that reflects the care and services provided to the patient
• Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice Medicine in the State of New York
• Board Eligible / Certified in Pediatrics
