Central Valley California – Multi-specialty group setting – Pediatrician needed.

• Pediatrician needed for permanent/full-time position. Candidate must be BE/BC.
• Service area of 45,000+
• Group has 9 physicians plus 4 APP’s and is a rural health clinic setting.
• Pediatrician to join existing pediatric department.
• Office schedule is Monday – Friday from 8 am – 5 pm.
• Inpatient On-Call is required 7 days per month (shared with 3 other providers). Light inpatient call and volumes.
• Salary of $275,000 guaranteed.
• J-1 visa waiver sponsorship available with the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). No state limits or caps. Clinic pays first $10,000 of legal expenses.
• Incentive pay is based on daily patient volumes.
• 3 weeks paid vacation, 6 paid holidays, 5 sick days, 5 CME days plus $2K annually for CME stipend. DEA and license renewals paid by clinic.
• Paid malpractice plus tail coverage paid by the clinic.
• Health insurance benefits including dental and vision. 401K plan.
• Signing bonus of $25,000 and relocation of $10,000.
• Clinic can assist in expediting the CA license process.
