Location: Greater St. Paul, Minnesota

Position: Full-time Pediatrician with partnership track

Our private practice group in St. Paul, Minnesota is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatrician to join our team. As a Pediatrician in our practice, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional medical care to children and young adults, from newborns to adolescents. We pride ourselves on being a patient-centric practice, focused on building lasting relationships with our patients and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations, examinations, and assessments of pediatric patients.
  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of pediatric illnesses, injuries, and health conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including prescribing medications, therapies, and other interventions.
  • Provide routine well-child care, including vaccinations, growth monitoring, and developmental screenings.
  • Educate patients and their families about health maintenance, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle choices.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as nurses, specialists, and therapists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for each patient.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, parents, and guardians to address their concerns and provide clear explanations of diagnoses and treatment options.
  • Participate in on-call rotations, with a call schedule of 1 in 3.
  • Attend regular staff meetings and actively contribute to practice improvement initiatives.
  • Stay updated on the latest medical research, advancements, and best practices in pediatric medicine.

Qualifications:
  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
  • Completion of a residency program in Pediatrics.
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pediatrics.
  • Valid medical license in the state of Minnesota (or eligible to obtain).
  • Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of current pediatric medical practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Commitment to providing patient-centered care and building lasting relationships with patients.
  • Flexibility to work a full-time schedule with a variable workweek. 32 plus hours / weekly
  • Ability to see 12-18 patients per day, while maintaining high-quality care.
