- FT/PT
- Hours: 8 hrs/day, 5 days/week OR 10 hrs/day, 4 days/week

- Average Patients seen: 20
- Call Schedule: Telephonic, 1 week after hours, 2-3 shifts/year.
- Loan Repayment
- Sign-On Bonus: $100000
- Compensation: $250,000 base salary + generous productivity bonuses and up to $12,000 in quality bonuses per year.
