Urgent: Locums Pediatrician needed in Central Michigan for 3 days in October
*Location: Alpena, Michigan
*Setting: Clinic & Hospital
*Start Date: October 11, 10am
*End Date: October 13, 4pm
*Coverage:
- 10/11 Orientation
- 10/12 7a-7p Call & Clinic 8a-4p
- 10/13 8a-4p clinic
*Requirements:
- Active, unrestricted MI License
- BE/BC Pediatrician (If Board Eligible, must be within 5 years)
- Clean DEA, Cs3, and NPDB (no active suits or unresolved cases)
- 3 Professional References that have worked with Provider in the past 18 months
- Case/Patient Logs
- 1 year minimum experience
*Travel & Lodging provided
*Malpractice Insurance provided
