A premier pediatric healthcare system in Northwest Florida is seeking a Pediatric Urologist to join a growing tertiary care team in partnership with a leading regional children’s hospital.

This position offers a comprehensive clinical experience in a dynamic pediatric hospital setting. Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert medical diagnostic and surgical care to pediatric patients with primary urological conditions.

• Perform inpatient and outpatient consultations and participate in the specialty call schedule.

• Collaborate on cost-effectiveness and quality improvement initiatives, helping develop standardized clinical pathways for pediatric surgical care.

• Accept physician referrals and act as a consulting physician for hospitalized pediatric patients.

• Round with pediatric residents and participate in academic and research programs as requested.

• Complete timely clinical documentation meeting insurance standards and manage appeals as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education/Licensure: MD or DO with (or eligible for) an unrestricted Florida medical license and DEA registration.

• Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatric Urology.

• Visa Support: Open to all visa types.
