- Date: Dec 26th - ongoing
- Schedule: Weekend call coverage, Fri 8am - Sun 6pm (occasionally extending to Mon 8am)
- Not required to be on-site unless called in
- Estimated Shifts/Month: 9
- Provider will NOT work solo
- EMR: Epic
- Requirements: IL license, BC, DEA & CSR, ACLS, BLS, minimum 1 year of experience
- Credentialing: estimated 60 days, full & temps available
