Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: Guaranteed base salary around $600,000, raise available depending on productivity
- Signing bonus: $25,000
- Relocation Assistance: $30,000

Qualifications
- Degree: MD/DO
- Certification: BE/BC in Pediatric Urology
- Licensure: Active Virginia (or ability to obtain one)
- Experience: Open to all experience levels, including new grads
- Sponsorships: None
