A well-established healthcare system in Central Florida is seeking a Pediatric Surgeon to join a growing, collaborative pediatric surgery program based at a modern Women’s and Children’s facility. Practice Overview

• Team currently includes two Pediatric Surgeons and four Advanced Practitioners
• Current volume: Under 500 cases annually
• Projected growth: 600+ cases annually with additional surgeon
• Case mix emphasizes routine pediatric surgery with a strong NICU population
• Future plans may include designation as a Level I Pediatric Trauma Center

Schedule Structure

• 50% Operating Room / 50% Clinic
• 3 half-days of clinic, 2 half-days in the OR
• Remaining time dedicated to inpatient rounding and consults
• 4 hours of protected administrative time weekly

Subspecialty & Hospital Support

• Pediatrics Hospitalists and PICU physicians onsite
• Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Pulmonology, Orthopedics, General Surgery, and Maternal-Fetal Medicine
• Additional outpatient support in Endocrinology, Urology, Plastic Surgery, and Ophthalmology
