The Client is a specialized physical medicine and rehabilitation practice serving pediatric and adult patients throughout the Washington, DC, Virginia, and Maryland region. Founded by Dr. Kelly Pham, a double-board-certified physician, the practice is committed to providing comprehensive, individualized, and family-centered rehabilitation care.
Through collaboration with Client Specialties and developmental psychologist Dr. Sharon Singh, The Client Center also provides developmental evaluations for children ages 0–5 and therapeutic parenting support. This integrated approach allows the practice to address both developmental and rehabilitation needs in a collaborative environment.
The Client is seeking a Pediatric Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician to provide comprehensive clinical care to children and adolescents with a broad range of functional, developmental, and rehabilitation needs.
The physician will perform detailed evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and coordinate care with families and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals. This role will support both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services while contributing to a collaborative, patient-centered practice culture.

The physician will perform detailed evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and coordinate care with families and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals. This role will support both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services while contributing to a collaborative, patient-centered practice culture.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation evaluations for pediatric and adolescent patients.
Assess functional, developmental, neurological, and rehabilitation needs.
Develop individualized rehabilitation and treatment plans based on each patient's goals and clinical needs.
Manage rehabilitation cases across inpatient and outpatient settings.
Provide ongoing inpatient care management and monitor patient progress.
Modify treatment plans as patient needs and functional status evolve.
Evaluate and manage patients with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and other complex rehabilitation conditions.
Coordinate care with families, therapists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals.
Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and care planning.
Collaborate with developmental psychology services and other Client specialists.
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
Follow applicable regulatory, medical, and practice standards.
Provide compassionate, family-centered, and trauma-informed care.
Stay current with evidence-based rehabilitation practices and advances in pediatric medicine.
Qualifications
Medical degree (MD or DO) with clinical expertise in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.
Board-certified or board-eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.
Pediatric rehabilitation experience strongly preferred.
Experience providing rehabilitation care in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Strong clinical knowledge of complex rehabilitation needs and Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI).
Experience with inpatient rehabilitation care management.
Valid Virginia medical license or eligibility for Virginia licensure.
Ability or willingness to obtain medical licensure in Washington, DC, and Maryland is an advantage.
Excellent clinical, interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.
Strong ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
