A premier pediatric health system in Jacksonville, Florida is seeking a Board-Certified/Eligible Pediatric Radiologist to join a highly collaborative, quality-focused diagnostic radiology team.

Position Highlights & Compensation

Top-Tier Base Salary: $500,000 – $600,000 starting salary (commensurate with experience) with annual bonus potential.

Schedule & Call Balance

Work-from-Home Flexibility: Enjoy a predictable, hybrid model combining onsite coverage with remote workdays every week.

Call Structure: Approximately 8 weeks total per year with an additional on-call stipend:

~4 active weekends worked remotely from home with fluoroscopy backup.

~4 weeks fluoroscopy backup coverage only.

Clinical Responsibilities

Interpret a full range of pediatric imaging studies, including XR, US, CT, MRI, and NM in a general pediatric radiology capacity (subspecialty expertise is welcomed).

Oversee daily fluoroscopy examinations performed by skilled technologist staff.

Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary pediatric subspecialists across medical and surgical divisions.

Candidate Requirements

MD or DO degree (or equivalent).

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology.
