Pediatric Interventional Radiologist

CHOC Specialists in conjunction with Children’s Hospital of Orange County (CHOC) is seeking a full-time BC/BE Pediatric Interventional Radiologist to join our aggressively growing practice.

  • Successful candidate will have completed a fellowship in pediatric interventional radiology and be eligible for a California Medical license.
  • CHOC has the most advanced imaging equipment available, calibrated just for kids. CHOC is proud to be the first in Orange County to offer pediatric interventional radiology (IR). From blood clots to tumors, IR treats the toughest medical problems no matter how big or small
  • CHOC is a 330+ bed free-standing tertiary care hospital which offers a full range of pediatric image guided procedures and performs over 90,000 diagnostic studies annually. The design and build of 2 new state-of-the-art dedicated IR suites are in progress to support continued growth of the section
  • CHOC has been designated a Diagnostic Imaging Center of Excellence® (DICOE) by the American College of Radiology (ACR) for best-quality imaging practices and diagnostic care.
  • Daily duties include clinic and procedural time with research and teaching opportunities available.

Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.
