Qualifications & Requirements

Education: MD or DO from an accredited medical school or equivalent.

Board Status: Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Pediatric Pulmonology.

Subspecialty: Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Sleep Medicine.

Licensure: Eligible for an active, unrestricted Florida Medical License and DEA registration.
