Licensure: Active IL license or IMLC required due to urgency
Scheduling Needs
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Outpatient: ~10 hours/week
• Inpatient Consults: ~30 hours/week
• Call: Weeknights and weekends (callback rare – ~4x/year)
Facility Details
• Type: Acute Care Hospital (660 beds)
• Setting: Pediatrics – Outpatient & Inpatient (post-PICU)
• Patient Load: 8–10 outpatients/day, 1–4 inpatient consults/day
• EMR: Epic
Candidate Requirements
• Board Certification: Pediatric Pulmonology (ABP)
• License: IL or IMLC
• Certifications: BLS, PALS, DEA, IL CSR
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in pediatric pulmonology
