Join a well-established, physician-owned ophthalmology practice in Falls Church, Virginia, serving the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area for nearly 50 years. This is a premier opportunity for a fellowship-trained Pediatric Ophthalmologist to join a highly respected multidisciplinary practice with an established pediatric ophthalmology team and a strong commitment to clinical excellence.

The practice offers exposure to pediatric ophthalmology and adult strabismus, with an optional opportunity to participate in ROP screening and/or treatment across two area NICUs. Job Responsibilities
• Perform appropriate diagnostic examinations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide surgical and nonsurgical management within the physician's scope of practice.
• Participate in ROP screening and/or treatment based on clinical interest.
• Collaborate with ophthalmologists, optometrists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
Qualifications
• Completion of an accredited Ophthalmology residency.
• Fellowship training in Pediatric Ophthalmology.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ophthalmology.
• Ability to obtain a Virginia medical license.
• Strong clinical, diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• New fellowship graduates are welcome to apply.
Working Hours
• 4 days per week highly desirable.
• 5-day schedule available for physicians interested in increasing earning potential.
• Typical hours: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM.
• Approximately 25–40 patients per day.
• Shared on-call rotation with the physician group.
• Approximately 3 weeknight call shifts and shared weekend coverage on a rotating basis.
