A coastal multispecialty group is seeking a mission-driven, visionary leader to join their growing Pediatric Ophthalmology program in Eastern North Carolina. As one of the only pediatric ophthalmologists for a region spanning 1.5 million people along the eastern seaboard of NC, this opportunity offers a unique chance to make a significant impact on the local community and contribute to the development of a burgeoning academic division
- Position Highlights:
- Opportunity available due to programmatic expansion
- 198-bed children’s hospital (52-bed NICU & 20-bed step down unit) and state of the art pediatric emergency department
- Children’s hospital medical staff includes Pediatric Neurosurgery, Pediatric General Surgery, Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery, and Pediatric Plastic Surgery
- Responsibilities will include clinical practice, teaching of trainees and rotating call coverage
