Flagstaff Medical Center needs pediatric critical care coverage, ongoing, minimum 1 week/month. Confirmed block: October 26 (7am) through November 1 (6am). Top of market pay, glad to share the actual number directly.

Job Responsibilities

24-hour call coverage with morning rounds, no call requirement outside scheduled shifts. Pediatric ICU, ages 0-18, 7-15 patients per day. NPs available onsite during the day and evening. Coding proficiency required. Chart in Cerner.

Qualifications

Board certified or board eligible in Pediatrics (with pediatric critical care subspecialty training). Active Arizona license or IMLC LOQ, client open to licensing candidates. DEA required. BLS and PALS required. Minimum 5 years of PICU experience. COVID and flu vaccination required (exemptions considered case by case).

Working Hours

24-hour call shifts with morning rounds. Confirmed block: Oct 26 (7am) - Nov 1 (6am). Minimum 1 week/month ongoing.
