Dates: January 1 – June 30, 2027

Coverage: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call

Providers: Anticipating 2–3 physicians
-
Credentialing: Approximately 60 days
Schedule
-
24-hour shifts, including weekends
-
7:00 AM – 7:00 PM: In-house coverage
-
7:00 PM – 7:00 AM: Beeper-based home call
Clinical Responsibilities
-
Inpatient pediatric care only; no outpatient duties
-
Admissions and inpatient rounding
-
Approximately 4–5 patients per shift
-
8-bed pediatric unit
-
EMR: Cerner
Requirements
-
Board Certified in Pediatric Hospital Medicine
-
Active Florida license or IMLC accepted
-
Hospital credentialing and privileging required
-
Temporary privileges available
-
Licensing costs are not reimbursed
