- Dates:
- 10/25 at 6a-10/26 at 6a (very dependent on privileging and having a clean file.)
- 10/30 at 6a-11/02 at 6a
- 12/10 at 6a-12/14 at 6a
- 12/31 at 6a-1/1 at 6a
- Coverage: Inpatient; Call only; 24-hour beeper call
- Case mix: ~80% NICU, 20% pediatrics; NICU down to 32 weeks GA
- Key duties: Newborn resuscitations; management of ≥32-week preemies; neonatal procedures (e.g., UVC/UAC). Central lines generally neonatal only
- ED typically handles pediatric chest tubes/intubations with ED/anesthesia support
- Clean file only: No significant malpractice settlements, DUIs/drug issues, restrictions/terminations, or Board actions
- Certifications: CA license, DEA, BC or BE, ACLS, BLS PALS NRP
- Credentialing materials: RFA, CV, 24 months of relevant activity; completed application; references available to respond immediately; current CV must be uploaded with bid
- Estimated credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days; Temporary privileges available
