Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 12 shifts/month
Practice Setting: Pediatric Emergency Department
Position Details:
- 30-bed pediatric emergency department
- Approximately 55,000 annual patient visits
- Collaborate with Pediatric Emergency Medicine physicians, hospitalists, and subspecialty teams
- Full scribe coverage
- Pediatric ICU, CVICU, and NICU support
- Teaching and mentorship opportunities with pediatric, emergency medicine, and family practice residents and Pediatric ER fellows
- Child life specialists and pediatric social workers integrated into ER care
Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
- Board Eligibility must be within 5 years of residency
- Current or recent inpatient hospital experience required
- Fresh graduates and experienced physicians may be considered
- Nevada medical license or willingness to obtain
- DEA and CSR/CDS required prior to start
- Local residency or willingness to relocate required
- Visa sponsorship is not accepted
