Daytona Florida inpatient position. Join a combined Acute Care Pediatric Practice where the ED team and the Inpatient team are the same, and care is delivered in a single location completely focused on providing excellent pediatric care with 24/7 physician coverage. Physicians will have both Inpatient and Emergency Care responsibilities, as well as clinical teaching for Family Medicine residents. Strong relationships with pediatric tertiary care hospitals for easy transfers and support.
Competitive compensation in line with MGMA standards; based on production and achievement of value driven quality metrics. EPIC EMR Physician Governance Council allows for physician input into strategic planning and operational policies for the employed physician group. Sovereign immunity covers malpractice. Qualifying employer for Federal Student Loan Forgiveness program. Comprehensive benefits package including: Medical, Dental, Vision and a Matched 403(b) retirement plan, Unmatched 457 deferred comp plan also available Up to $2800 per year for professional dues and memberships in 2 organizations $3,000 for CME.
